I will never understand why they put Mercy as the "beginner support". Her skills aren't even transferrable to other supports that much. They need to rework her to require a bit more skill through positioning/decision making, but then make her value much higher in response. The true beginner support should be Moira. Higher healing output, easy damage that doesn't require tracking ally performance and ult charge, easy escape with invulnerability and no ally requirement, very hard to misuse orb (unlike resurrect which is far more risky). Moira is literally an easier support in every single part of her kit...
