Bungie could easily have had a win here by doing nothing more than providing more rewards for Fireteam and Pinnacle activities. They don't care about our suggestions and are interested in keeping us on a hamster wheel for analytics. Yet their own analytics have to be telling them we are playing less, or worse, gave up on the game. Stop listening to those who make money off the game and start listening to those who pay to play the game. I feel like after all these years.. I should have quit a long time ago. Destiny2 is like that girlfriend who says she will change.. Yet doens't, keeps cheating, telling you lies and manipulating you yet things don't ever change.
Thank god you wrote this. So many people with so many questions about how things changed. And yes they moved the stats around on us as well so that what was at the top, Mobility, whatever it was changed to is no longer at the top, further confusing players.
This sums up the data pretty good. I have taken this and sent it to my clan. Brilliantly written. Maybe bungie can hire you to write for them.. This is clear and succinct.
We seriously don't need more weapons. That is a huge issue. There is no power creep and without better gear, why are we playing? There is a significant lack of new content to run with new weapons and i'm not going to keep paying to play old content with equal or worse weapons.. Thats just not exciting at all. If bungie really wants players back.. Let us over level, let us be powerful and bring the power fantasy to older content while keeping new content more difficult.. YEAH power creep is actually really necessary in a game like this.
