Something to note here is that Little Nightmares 1 and 2 were made and developed by Tarsier Studios under Bandai Namco.
When Tarsier got bought up by Embracer, Bandai got to keep the IP.
Reanimal is made and developed by Tarsier Studios under Embracer while Little Nightmares 3 is done by a different studio under Bandai Namco.
So indeed Little Nightmares and Reanimal will have similarities but still be different.
