Its an AWFUL change, everything is nerfed, how is that a fix for a character that has the lowest win rate to nerf everything. ''Neither side enjoys having a jeff'' is just a low elo situation, any team in celestial and above is glad to have a jeff in their team, because people know what to do and how to do it. The problem with the character is that it has a high skill ceiling, leading to really good players look OP with him, while bad noobs like yourself look like bots. He needed a minor nerf to his self sustaince, and a buff to his healing towards teammates, that would have solved all the problems. Noob Jeffs were gonna be healing more, good high elo Jeffs (celestial+) would have still been playing him dps but harder because of bigger risk of dying.
