The capture mechanic might be a big one but riding creatures to traverse land shouldn't be passed as there's several gates that uses creatures to travel. W.O.W, diblo 4, Ark and maybe others have that. Also the mechanic of battling with your creatures shouldn't be passed as there's other MMOs that have that aspect. Honestly this is just plain bullying and if this goes threw what's to stop other company's to start doing the same? This will end gaming all together
