My guy, Atsu is 12-13 in the trailer and they murdered her family and pinned her to a tree with a sword. I don't care what projection this is, you can't think attempted child murder is "understandable" even if her family did something to piss off the Yōtei Six. And who knows, maybe her village had other kids in it.
