I literally just upgraded from my Pixel 6 Pro to the Pixel 10 Pro XL and it's running fantastic. I can't even fathom how you had these issues short of needing updates or something because the phone is better in every way. Everything is snappy and works flawlessly. My only gripe was my background didn't transfer over when I went through the transfer process but I just set it again. No biggie.
