Honestly, a middle ground I'd be happy with would be to make the disguise be (un)equipped in the inventory, after a 500 cap fee for a "demonstration" showing the player how to put it on and take it off by themselves.

If an individual or corporation is actually serious about security, NEVER, and I cannot stress this enough, NEVER use a Kinect. Yes they are relatively cheap for a security camera, but they "see" using only IR. As a reault, literally anyone that has a couple old TV remotes can pull out their IR lightbulb, wire them together with a battery, and attach the strand to the collar of their shirt; and it will just be a giant ball of light where the head should be, preventing you from getting any information about what they look like. (This is a nonchalant method)

A much more conspicuous method would be to hold up a remote with batteries infront of your face while holding down a button, but that'd obviously be really suspicious to anybody that could actually see you.
