Suikoden 3 has not aged well, and the fact that you lose all of your true runes right after achieving them, clear until the very last fight, is a big black stain on this game.

Final Fantasy 17 Should Follow FF13, FF6's Lead in One Important Area

Terra and lightning didn't feel like forced female leads. Maybe focus on making a good game first and foremost. If a female protag fits the story, do it. If not, don't.
