Between that insufferable Antifa voice actress, the decision to not continue Jin's story, and the recent celebrations of Charlie Kirk's assassination, I'll be avoiding this one completely.

There are too many good games without all that nonsense worth playing.

Remember when every blanket had to be hand-weaved? Then, they modernized and made blankets with machines (AI). Do we still have handcrafted blankets? Yes. They are just more of a niche/luxury item.

Commercial art will be the same. That's okay.

Horrible decision on the part of the devs. If she's that big of a deal, they should have included her in this game by having her travel with you or come later for another reason. It's horrible design to have a character you are committed to never appear, forcing people who want to maintain continuity to forgo the new game's romance content out of a moral sense of duty.

The more I hear about this game, the more I dislike it. And I loved the first one. Seems like they fumbled a lot and forgot the people who actually played and liked the first one.

And that's before you get to them reconning Henry into a potentially gay character with another character he spent most of the first game with and never felt gay for.

Warhorse is DEI/woke and it's obvious. They took the Embracer/Black Rock money and sold out. RIP.

Make Days Gone 2! Yes, the first game had some rough spots, some incomplete parts but the story was incredible. It takes a while to build a solid series, so keep at it. There are a lot of people who bought Days Gone at a discount and would absolutely buy the sequel on day one.

Anyone who still doesn't understand why the game performed so poorly is what I like to call an uninformed consumer. If you enjoyed the game personally, good for you, but you cannot be ignorant and simultaneously dislike the fact that most people found something in it that kept them from purchasing it.

For me, it's a combination of things:

- Ubisoft games tend to be monolithic in their design. Once you've played one, you've played them all with some minor exceptions.

- Ubisoft as a company is 100% DEI focused.

- Star Wars is a franchise that has been destroyed across media with few exceptions. I don't have the automatic love for it I used to have.

- The main protagonist is an ugly, DEI-infused masculine woman. If Ubisoft wanted us to feel the Han Solo fantasy, they should have designed a character creation similar to Mass Effect. Give us a voiced character, but let us make them our own.

- Forced stealth was stupid from the start. Han Solo was not Sam Fisher. Sure, he uses subterfuge, but he blasts his way out in almost all cases. So, there was a fundamental misunderstanding of what makes for "scoundrel" gameplay in Star Wars.

There's more to it than that, too, but that's enough to explain why so many people avoided what, 10-15 years ago, would have been one of the highest-selling games of all time.

Meh. I love their work too but I'm not willing to put up with the Naughty Dog/Druckmann nonsense to hear it. If it's good enough, the soundtrack will have a life outside the game and break free from its shadow, similar to Daft Punk's soundtrack for Tron Legacy.

I will pick it up on sale on PC when a censorship restoration mod is complete. As much as I think the game looks great, I cannot support activist censorship of the original game.

It's all gotten really stupid and out of hand. No death. No stakes. Power creep like crazy. Dragon Ball Super is the equivalent of a live service game where they have to add stupid zebra skins and just introduce new meta OP guns every month or two.

Dragon Ball truly ended with the Cell Saga. The Buu Saga has its moments but also got really silly and dumb by the end.
