Even if the game ends up buggy at launch, Hello Games has a hell of a track record now as a developer, or sticking with their game to further refine it, fix bugs, and flesh out features that keep people coming back again and again. I have complete confidence in this game.

I'd really like to see the additive mixing, purchasing, transporting, storage streamlined. I've got 20 grow pots that end up with a crop of 12 stacks. The drying rack is a time sink, but mixing 5 additives into each stack is sooooo time consuming. And my snow recipe uses 8 additives. That's so many to have to buy in bulk, then transport back to the den, store and replenish.

I found a suit that allowed me to add a lead container for artifact storage.that let me negate the radiation from the Hypercube I found. I've even seen some suits that have 2 lead containers.

For building up a stock of water, I like at least 4 rain collectors outside, and one inside. The inside one, you can fill with water you've boiled on the stove in cooking pots. That will give you 160 units of purified water to draw from, right in your kitchen. Also, leave empty pots outside to collect water. Can always just pick them up, and cook them. Grab yourself a barbecue grill, and a propane grill as a backup for cooking or water purifying. A BBQ grill is a great place to unload skill books you've learned or outgrow, as well as a place to ditch those pesky wood scraps as you level up your carpentry. Last big tip I can give for beginners is to tune in to the Life and Living channel at 6, 12 and 18 every day. For the first week or so, the channel will air a cooking show at 6, a carpentry show at 12, and a variety survival skills show at 18. This show lasts for about 30 in-game minutes, and gives a ton of XP in its respective skill. I like to keep an alarm clock next to my home bed to wake me at 5:50, a black digital watch for 11:50 and a red digital watch for 17:50. That way I can get my butt over to the nearest TV in time for the free XP.
