Nope. Naruto will mastered his clan technique. We never see and know more about his clan - Uzumaki really do in battle. Only what do know was Uzumaki clan was strong but we never knew how strong are they especially about their technique such as sealing techniques.

Naruto: How The Sharingan Lost Its Value In Boruto

Apparently, I don't like their wear-things especially Sarada. Why would she just wear a clothes with proper? Just show off her another shoulder? Why not just tie it on her hip or somewhere else to make it more attractive?

And yes, Sharingan did lose it values in Boruto as more and more powerful being appears. If in Naruto and Shippuden, Sharingan can cause Genjutsu which was fearsome technique in the past.

And Ninja Tools also seems weakening the character's plot as some of them rely on it more than by their own ability.
