Andreew Elden Ring was an amazing game, I also know that minimum story and difficulty spikes aren't everyone's forte as well. If you don't want to play or have no intentions that's fine to most probable because that style of gameplay isn't what you like to play. Like myself I think Red Dead Redemption 1 & 2 were most beautifully done and great storyline but I'll probably never play them because I've never been into that style of gameplay and never really digged the western themed games
I have banishers, it's an overall good game. Need to play it twice to platinum it, a no banishment and banishment playthrough. Camera angles can be a bit tricky when doing certain puzzles, fast travel isn't really helpful in this game because of how far they are apart and you'll have to do alot of walking
