See AllAMD Chief Reports 'Majority of Gamers Are Still Playing at 1080p'
Not only am I okay with 1080p, I'm also okay with 30fps. And also with no ray tracing.
As long as a game is fun and the frames are consistently smooth, I don't care. I'll take a locked 30fps over something that bounces between 40 and 60fps any day.
Helldivers 2 Planning Tweaks to How Players Earn Super Credits
I'm relatively new to the game and enjoying it a lot, but one tweak I'd like is to have all missions types available on any difficulty.
There are times when I play solo and have to lower the difficulty, and it's a real PITA having the mission types restricted. Also, in this situation the types of mission need to be more random - many times last night I was getting 3 missions all the same, usually to rescue the civilians.
Steam Users Call for New Quality-of-Life Feature
I think an 'update all' would be fine, as it's what a lot of people do anyway.
Steam's auto update is useless to me, as I turn my PC off when it's not in use, and Steam always schedules updates for times when the PC is off. So when there are updates available, I drag them all into the queue and leave it to work. It's not like it downloads them all simultaneously anyway - it queues them one after the other.
Besides, Valve are estimated to make $8.5 billion a year from Steam, so I'm sure they can afford to upgrade their infrastructure if it gets a bit strained.
