Besides it being old asf and the story having so many plot holes and retconning a good portion of the story it's decent, most JP anime watchers have seen it but were disappointed in it

They probably will still do a season 3 along with the movie (considering that they almost had what would be season 3 completed besides the voice acting which is the real reason that it takes 1 year to 2 years to make an anime, I'm by far not a professional in the animation field but as someone who has made quite a few "fan animations" it doesn't take that long to do & considering how the average animation studio can pump out minutes of frames at a time it's likely that they were roughly midway to 75% complete with s3 of SL)

Ye SL was ight which a majority of any normal anime enjoyer would agree on (those who seem to LOVE Solo Leveling are either people who don't watch much anime or pretty braindead as the Lore is full of plot holes) Takopi Original Sin is not even really that good ngl, reason it's highly rated is due to bots upvoting it & very few actual people rated it at all

It will ngl, people say it's not possible for it to release in 2026 yet they began the development of it before season 2 was aired, they'd have started working on drawing/story writing at roughly the same time as they recorded the voice lines for season 2

It'd be possible since production for it has technically been ongoing, that being said it'd be late 2026 or early 2027 at the earliest, when the production team mentioned that they'd hope it'd be out around the time of the next Olympics they technically meant the Winter Olympics which would be great
