It’s not hand removal even, as only One Dragon 🐉 card does that but it’s for both players & 4 energy cost.
However, unlike Mars and red card, you don’t get to draw more cards.. 🎴 so despite being random, it could be a Professors Research.. Or a Sabrina / Leaf being saved, or a Helmet 🪖/ Poison Tool not ready to be placed. Or a Healing item / Hp raising tool
