These are indie games. It's easier to program for PC- which they're made on- than consoles, and they make more money that way. Studios make more money on console, indie devs don't.

They're not exact modified versions of pokemon. They're clearly inspired but literally just compare sillhouettes. They're not. Also, what does the game being boring in your opinion even matter in context of a lawsuit? Do we just sue any games we don't enjoy now?
