Your precious physical disc contains a permission and nothing else. You still have to DOWNLOAD the game, so you are paying for a disc and a plastic case, CONGRATS. Since Digital sales are approaching 90% of total sales, you will be paying $100+ for those precious disc's and fancy cases in a few years, CONGRATS AGAIN.

Remember the PSN outage. I think the have a bunch of people who failed as “Apple Geniuses” working on these issues at PlayStation
