Hey Marc. This post is far from complete. For season 11, you have to get maxed Azmodan reputation (which can be done AFK in normal mode @ Azmodan spawn in Zarbinzet). At rank five, opening hoard boxes at the Azmodan spawm will get you lots (100's) of Tributes of ascension.
