Tbis comment actually shows your lack.of knowledge in this industry. So allow me to fill your gaps in knowledge child. Sony buys the Licence for these games for a certain length of time in order to put them on PlayStation plus for people to enjoy for free. All in the hopes that while you enjoy it for free you might buy other things for the game, dlc. Once that Licence expires it may be brought back at any time, but only if it is actually worth it. RDR2 brings in no money because their is no expensive dlc or microtransactions to keep you spending money. So if these games are not bringing in enough money to afford to keep on then they get removed and never brought back. However it then convinces you to buy the game if you have not already. In order to dumb it down to its key points:
Ps plus is a free trial for games that can last years, but you never own the game. Every gaming company does this. Your only choices are Xbox, which is giving away its console exclusives anyway, Nintendo (who are already a scummy company), or Just getting a PC, which is a large financial investment. Take your pick, or stop complaining.

90% mid games. Only 2 halfway decent titles are going.
