Hired hand at troskowitz tavern is the way to go. On my original save the tavern doors were never locked at night. Recently started over and now there are two doors locked on the way to him sleeping. The locks are very easy, but wondering if this was an update or chance. I doubt its chance as in my first playthrough he woke up to me in his pockets, I knocked him out then stole the die, was immediately confronted by household members and guards. Tried to talk my way out of it, but they weren't having it. Paid the fine and lost serious reputation with the community. Still after all that the doors were always unlocked. Pro tip, lifting the die from him while he is asleep is super easy if you up your thievery skill and get clothing that's inconspicuous, low visibility, and low noise. Go see the Miller and clown around with his deal first if you are struggling here. Even getting 3 dice heavily puts odds in your favor.

You can find a white, warped brindle, and red chestnut Arabian in the wild playing story mode. The white Arabian has the best stats of the three but the other two are beautiful horses. The black Arabian that you can purchase has the best stats of the four. Although apparently you can obtain a male white Arabian that would be as good as the black for free after the mission where you steal horses in Rhodes. Personally haven't tried the fifth Arabian as I've put in respectable hours but have yet to proceed to the epilogue.

A good deal of these games are on steam or if you have Xbox game pass you can play on Xbox or PC depending on your subscription. Road rash and carmageddon would likely be the two that are a bit tougher to find. Carmageddon is in the google play store for mobile and I believe it's on GOG, road rash you could always emulate, they also did a reboot that's available on steam I think it's a slightly different title like road rage.
