As someone who has done the ultimates as every role, maxed and crafted / gathered every item on DoH/L, got necromancer title from PoTD, done all the bozja and eureka as well as all beast tribes, I feel like I can say there's seriously a lack of content, I complete savages pugging in like a week nowadays as the content may be harder but that difficulty is wasted as the classes are all ridiculously easy and boring...
I've played since beta and I love 14 but Shadowbringers really hurt the hardcore scene, by making classes dummy easy and putting the difficulty on the fight the dance became much more obvious, now I don't have to think about what I'm doing on my rotation.
I don't have decisions so hardcore content became repetitious, midcore basically didn't exist last expansion as there was no relic grind (tomes is not a grind since you get so many passively you get all the weapons before the next patch even happened never mind weapon quest), and we now have a thing where more hards are harder than their extreme counterparts...
This whilst also becoming a lot more inaccessible to disabled with making every fight such a huge spectacle that a lot of the casual friends I helped can't even clear dungeons without help, and it's not a difficulty thing there it's an accessibility thing.
We are getting more fights with colour mixing or extreme camera turning (Valigarmunda was especially egregious for my friend as well as obviously Phoinix) that casual content becomes impossible for them whilst being so dummy easy for those that don't have those same issues
In case of extreme camera turning in Valigarmunda what's easy to us isn't easy to everyone else
