I agree with Kyle. Rewards are often very crap in ARC Raiders, in every way. Not only when getting the best out of a duel started by someone else (too often free kits), but also loot rooms, end of season rewards for trial ranks (just one or two lousy cosmetic additions and a poop emote), expedition, etc.
On a side note, I wish they'd also fix a lot of the colliders and the mechanics of climbing rocks, too often it's an enfuriating experience. Other than that, I've been loving the game and have been playing it on a daily basis pretty much since launch, something that had never happened in my life.
