See AllDell vs Lenovo: Who Makes the Better Laptop?
Lenovo's USB-C chargers wear out quickly. I had Premium "support" and every time a (contract) tech came "on-site" to fix my Lenovo Yoga/IdeaPad/Yoga, they didn't resolve the issue requiring the machine to be sent to the depot to resolve the issue (usually related to charging). Every interaction with Lenovo support requires you send pictures of the machine and requires you use their crapware screen sharing to "troubleshoot" and confirm you're having a problem. Microsoft INCLUDES Quick Assist which would allow Lenovo to see the screen. Additionally, Lenovo's included utilities are of marginal benefit.
Dell vs Lenovo: Who Makes the Better Laptop?
Thank you for calling out Lenovo's miserable and lacking support experience. I was an IBM ThinkPad/Lenovo partisan for years but Lenovo has lost me as a customer forever because of the hardware support experience. They will run you around for months including "on site" and "depot" support before finally replacing the machine. Their machines are no longer built to be serviced but yet they try to service them.
