Tyler Just because they add a new mode it doesn't mean you have to play it. How would this new mode affect your hard mode in any way? If I want to play it on easy to experience the story/graphics updates why would that matter to you or affect your playing of the game?

I played with atb on in the original but the FFVII remake is a realtime based combat system that's more like a jrpg. Yes they both the atb system but that's where the similarities end.

FFVII is one of my all time favorite games I sunk 100s of hours in to it on PS1 and again when it released on Android. I was so happy for the remake till I found out it wasn't turn based combat. I can't stand this new FF style combat. With this new option I might finally play the remake.
