I think resident evil holds all the cards here. Not only making survival horror more main stream. But look and the run they have had compared to every other game. I understand not ever game has been a hit i.e. RE6. But, who else has kept the heavy hitters coming? As far as horror games go. RESIDENT EVIL is king!

For me it's assassin's creed. I can't put my thumb on it. But, I have never finished a single game of theres. I always start out having fun but after a few days lose complete interest in the game. Which says a lot because I always see games threw to the end. They do a great job with the lore they choose each time. And the game design is good. I guess it's just to much of the same thing. Thoughts?

Fear is the only game on the list I havent played so I can't speak on it. So of the rest I have to say my favorites are the dead space series, silent hill and of course resident evil. Ive been a HUGE fan of the RE games from the start. I own every game even the spin offs and love every one of them. Can't freakin wait for RE9 Requiem......
