Which is why the consumer (which is us) will get screwed. Because if companies have to make products in their own countries again, we have to pay the bill. Companies are not going to take a loss on profits. They will hike the price on their products to cover the cost of tariffs and the cost to make it locally. Which means we will have to pay a lot more for the product online or at the store.
Tariffs never work, why do you think we don’t use them. Because the consumers always foot the bill and get screwed in the end
