I agree with you, I think being able to combine pack points between all active boosters would be more beneficial. A soft/hard pity system wouldn't help anyone, because you'd probably still end up with a dozen copies of the same EX versus having something that's actually....what's the word I'm looking for...oh right, useful! Lol
