See AllOne Piece: Oda Finally Reveals Who Is Stronger Between Zoro And Sanji
I agree that Zoro is stronger than Sanji, but the gap isn’t as wide as you're making it seem. Your logic selectively ignores context, narrative intent, and several of Sanji’s major feats. First, Sanji being "trapped" by Black Maria wasn't due to weakness—it was a moral choice. We literally see him break out easily at one point but he couldn't escape because he would have had to fight woman. The only reason he was trapped for so long was because of his moral compass. Second, Queen is often underrated. He's not just "fat"—he’s portrayed as near King’s level. His durability is top-tier and is what he's most notable for, (he tanked one of King’s attacks that overpowered Zoro), and his AP is legit—he momentarily knocked out Big Mom, which obviously didn't do much but it's still impressive against one of the most durable characters in the series. He also overpowered and drew blood form Exo Skeleton Sanji multiple times. And let’s not forget, King’s beak attack on Raid Suit Sanji did minimal damage, and Sanji walked which speaks volumes about Sanji’s durability. Queen also kept up with Sanji post-awakening, catching him with Henry Blazer—even though Sanji had become fast enough to turn invisible purely from speed. That says something about both their levels. As for Egghead—Sanji’s feats there show how much closer he's gotten to Zoro. He tanked attacks from a Seraphim and even tanked hits from two Gorosei. He blitzed across the island to save Edison, intercepted Kizaru’s laser, and even tagged Nusjuro, who Zoro couldn’t touch. So yes, Zoro > Sanji—but it’s not a massive gulf. Sanji has been catching up, and both the narrative and his feats reflect that.
