I'm one of those people that thought the first game was way too easy, even on hardcore mode as my first playthrough.

I still find the sequel to be on the easy side too, since I hardly feel challenged, so at least hardcore mode will hopefully fix that. What I wish was possible though is also make it harder to earn groschen, because so far it's easy to get rich.
