On running on +T14 maps, I personally recommend to use Omens:
Omen of Resurgence (While this item is active in your inventory fully recover your Life, Mana and Energy Shield when you reach Low Life) and/or Omen of Amelioration (While this item is active in your inventory will prevent 75% of Experience loss when you die), the latter being more expensive.
