This game has stood the test of time because of its collecting aspects that feel like a lottery, including the rush when you find something exseedingly rare. Also the large expanse of builds associated with finding these elusive items make the work highly gratifying. The other thing i truly love is that there are no attempts to nickle n dime people for everything. Its all included with the game. The only things i wish we has was a loot filter (things get lost in the pile of loot and bodies) and the ability to stack runes and gems (would lessen the need for mules specificlly made to hold stuff).
