U taking the opinion of like may 5% of the peeps which are the haters. I've read the manga and watch the anime and I say it's pretty accurate. What people view as bad animation is simply their own thoughts oh how they think the manga scene should have been done. Everyone will have different views on expectations.
So no, anime is great as is and it's following perfectly well with manga, even in art style
