Read Steam user agreement and terms of service. It states plainly, that you purchase licenses of games temporarily until steam revokes them for a reason. Don't use steam if you don't agree with the terms. If you sign a contract that says, you'll give your liver for 50,000$, and then are mad when they take your liver, that's not them ripping you off, that's simply the agreed upon deal

No, this actually doesn't make sense. The article is about steam being removed from a platform, what does that have to do being unable to install games on OTHER platforms? You literally can, just fine. You'll lose access to installing those games on ONE platform next year, because the software is being discontinued. What does that have to do, at all, with exclusivity or availability of games on OTHER PLATFORMS? Nothing. This comment is nothing.
