Suggesting that Blizzard might seek input from players is laughable. If they were concerned with delivering what players wanted, they would have allowed Jeff Kaplan to retain creative control, and he would have delivered the version of OW2 that he announced at Blizzcon, which is what players were actually excited about.

Instead the executives derailed their golden goose train with stupid ideas (like forcing them to pause all planned development for 6 months to try making a battle royale mode, which the engine couldn't support) and canceled the PvE component that was supposed to be the entire reason OW2 exists.

It provides some mobility and can give you cover while you enter your turret, but is otherwise very underwhelming indeed. I think if it revealed enemy positions through the smoke (the red silhouettes) it would be significantly more useful; so much so that they'd need to increase the cooldown.

Perhaps you can use that same Internet to research what the term "AI" actually means. Current LLM (Large Language Model) AI systems (like Chat GPT) are a type of AI, but so is the algorithm used to determine pathfinding for characters in video games.
