There is a fisherman in kuttenburg whose use is still unknown. Most people assume that some form of fishing will eventually be available, perhaps in a hunting and fishing dlc.
What's really got me in a bind is the fact that the alchemy annex has two copies of the building, on practical and one only cosmetic. When you use the alchemy table, the cosmetic one stays in place, which wouldn't be so bad, if it didn't include the cauldron. It makes potion making difficult, because you can't see when the smoke starts, to know its bubbling. It also kinda ruins the immersion.
