The camos should be related to guns. Snipers could be headshots, LMGs kills without reloading/multikills, SMGs rapid kills etc maybe not exactly those but you get the idea. Having exactly the same camos for every gun up to the specials is lazy too.

I play console only (multiplayer, not Warzone) and very very rarely see any cheaters. 99% of the time it's the aim assist cheats like Cronus etc. I'd like the option to play PS/XBOX only, no PC. Until then I'll stick to slower lobby entry but better gaming experience.
