Fourth wall breaks in Doctor Who are fine if there is a point to them. I'm hoping it's something wrapped up in Mrs. Flood's identity rather than just something RTD thinks is clever or cool..
As for musical numbers... I don't think anyone I've spoken to was particularly thrilled at the "There's always a twist at the end" number. Murray Gold ftw, but let's keep it non-diagetic, yeah?
