I'd like:

1 - New characters joining in the agency as part of the phoenix program. Possibily thugs you defeat along the way. But not necessarily having to cut someone as it happened with Sonar or Coop. Something like a B team that you can send out once a shift or replace a hero when he/she gets hurt. The ability to get Sonar or Coop back in one of these events. It could also come with the introduction of a new dispatcher ex hero character that will lead the phoenix B team. It could boil cooperation or competition.

2 - The ability to meet, interact and probably dispatch higher rank heroes as R. Robertson rank as a dispatcher increases. To be able to check the agency and global leader boards as well as the heroes profiles.

3 - Secret ways to complete calls on dispatch shift that would possibily unlock differente scenes, interactions or new recruits.

4 - Harder QTE's that ACTUALLY make a difference if you succede or fail.

5 - The ability to capture and interrogate criminals for longer mission archs.
