Removing interrupts just seems wrong, surely healers love eating abilities in solo content just to heal yourself from something that was entirely preventable... Sounds like a great experience.
Or maybe you are facing an NPC that heals, now you have to kill it essentially twice and then you have to kill twelve more with your non-existent damage.
