I worked with a company that wanted to use them for remote health checks for at risk people in remote locations. But the XBox team actually discouraged use of Kinect and Xbox for anything other than gaming. That was a real miss in my opinion. Good focus on their part but a miss for Microsoft on managing their portfolio.

Hunger and thirst in NMS? It's a great game but you really should try playing it before writing a review instead of spewing ignorance. Yeah, you can eat fish -though selling for cash or trading for nanites is better. But players have been popping Oxygen and Sodium long before they added plants and fish.
