This is so unoriginal I hope they never visit this idea, nobody wants a carbon copy off mercy in another game except you, if we need this to get you to play, just stay with OW2, seriously, rocket already barely can fight, we dont need more healers who cant fight in this game, its hard enough getting flamed for not doing enough healing, while fighting and trying not to die, all at the same time, horrible suggestion

There is a difference between smurfing and having and alt account, I feel like people have forgotten that, making a new account to play in low elos and losing games to stay in that lower elo, thats smurfing, grinding a new account threw ranked and trying new characters and strats along the way is not smurfing, any high elo player that deliberately keeps his alt accounts in low elos isnt having any fun, so please stop whining, your likely dealing with a alot of plats and high Golds who've hit their plateau at their current elo, games like this will always have these problems, just make sure the community knows the difference please
