Should You Spare or Kill the Doctor in Outer Worlds 2? (Most Extraordinary Specimen Quest)

You're completley wrong about the mechncial graft, it's easily the best of the three upgrades and is part of what makes Inez the best companion in the game alongside Marisol.

Using two of her perks: Extra Tregnth Injector (her drug effect lasts 100% longer) and Drug infusion modification (gives a part ywide buff to rate of fire, range wepaon reload speed, and ranged weapon spread), you are able to use her ability more often to get this part y wide buff more often.

It's by far the best of the three final upgrades and absolutey worth killing the doctor for.

Should You Choose Skeleton Grabble or Raptidon Matriarch Graft in Outer Worlds 2? ('Better Than Nature' Quest)

Poor choice. The Raptadon is much better as it offers the option to have a second healer choice if you need it, the only other way to get one in the game.
