after the latest update, Executor is the only viable shotgun to use but only for descendent Gley. Otherwise, no one use shotgun at all.

It is because the ammo is rare to find and it does not hit hard compare to other guns such as Enduring Lagacy, Greg Reverse, Secret Garden, Piercing Light, Afterglow Sword etc. Clearing mob we have Thundercage, and King Guard Lance in recent update.
