Progress is inevitable, they did a fine job of distinguishing the nanotech strengths and weaknesses in the game and I look forward to further evidence on those facets of the technology.

Nanotech is a great concept but most of these shows/games neglect to cover the establishment of the tech which leads to the divisiveness. How do they eliminate the structural weaknesses of having a bunch of interlocking machines? There is a number of structural, integration, design and implementation issues inherent in nanotechnology that most of these concepts just gloss over as already solved. Which is fine for storytelling, but makes some of the limitations and strengths/weaknesses entirely arbitrary with little or no basis in reality.

They will do a great job in this game, I have no doubt. I'm looking forward to seeing how they tackle this conflict.

Alternatively they could expand more into force powers. I'd love to see a game that doesn't immediately neuter the continuing hero because the story requires them to progress through things they should already know, again.

You realize the hookshot and ocarina are... Gimmicks... Right? Noone is required to like the new games, but if they decided not to add any new innovations with each version of Zelda we'd never have gotten to Ocarina, and the series would look a whole lot more like Legend of Pokemon than Zelda.

I was beginning to think nobody bothered to talk to the guy in the cage, basically by existing he denies this entire article's merit xD only thing I think would be nice is playable gobbos and other non-'good' races. But that's haddly necessary, I would just appreciate it and will probably be able to find a mod for it if there isn't one already.

Clearly this writer did not watch the first two films, which featured some pretty wicked vehicles from Robotnik, and featured Tail's iconic biplane. Sonic does not need a vehicle. He can travel from Green Hills to the Pacific ocean (and back) in less than a minute. Tails has a plane, Knuckles would probably break anything you tried to put him in and that is the full primary cast of the franchise going into 4.

Shadow probably won't actively join team Sonic since he almost never does in the games. Amy could have some kind of vehicle I suppose. Vehicles would be nothing more than a gimmick and would probably be poorly received as a cash grab at this point.
