I would say she definitely has the potential but it would be hard to maintain her devil fruit powers in my opinion because she would have to keep her child like innocence and beliefs in order for her to transform into something she believes in which it's harder as one grows up.

Same but honestly, I don't think he has the stamina or haki to become one plus he doesn't have enough lethal moves except for I would say is awakened ability which also drains a lot of stamina.

Jacob I don't know if it wasn't awakened due to that reason but it shouldn't be discounted for the fact that it is still a mythical zoan, and a physical combat oriented one at that too
