It almost likely a DLC where Henry can become his own Blacksmith, maybe customizations or customers.

That's probably it. Has nothing to do with the base game or endgame content it's a DLC.

If they wanted an endgame they would have given it one. But, theres no indicators to base that wild assumption off of.
