I don't feel like we really have enough information and any of the hunters to be able to classify them as false rankers. Of the ones that we do know of only two really stick out in my mind.

1. The supposed A-Rank leader during the red gate. For somebody supposedly so great he honestly fell way to easily. Nor saying he should be able to tank an army but he literally is a tank, got his ass beat instantly and ran away. Being a tank would also make him much easier to over-rank by mistake.

#2 is ghe Hunters Association assassin. Sure he's supposed strong but he's an assassin's, stealthy sneak attacks are his specialty. Forba guy that literally sneaks around and attacks from behind it would not be hard to over rank his true abilities
