Sorted by itself 5hrs later.

Like I said issue wasnt trying to get him to talk, he was stuck in a loop on same spot twitching like a robot 24hrs a day and wouldnt walk so the hirse trade speech wasnt there.

The horse trader in nomad camp no longer talks and is glitch stuck to a spot hallfway down the path 24hrs a day.

Can no longer trade stolen horses.tried reset etc, no good.
