You missed a crystal skull in the part 2 section of this chapter. On the balcony with the archers and the dragon statue, you can wall run to the other balconies that had the archers. If you attack screen doors at the back of those balconies, you'll come to an area that connects them both. Crystal skull is on a shelf in this area, along with a dead body carrying a devil shroom.
